Beat the heat this summer with my go to remedy!
This DIY spray can be an awesome thing to have in your bag for hot summer activities outside. Take it along to outdoor festivals, beach fun, use it after a workout, or to cool down from being generally overheated. It's my favorite thing to use when BBQ-ing or playing outside with the kids or hosting a booth at an outdoor event or festival. Enjoy!
What you'll need
WITCH HAZEL
DISTILLED WATER
YOUNG LIVING PEPPERMINT EO
YOUNG LIVING LEMON EO
2 OZ. AMBER SPRAY BOTTLE
DIRECTIONS
1. FILL YOUR AMBER SPRAY BOTTLE 75% WITH WITCH HAZEL
2. ADD 20 DROPS OF PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL
3. ADD 10 DROPS OF LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL
4. FILL REMAINDER OF THE BOTTLE WITH DISTILLED WATER, SEAL & ENJOY!
BE CAREFUL TO AVOID THE EYES WHEN SPRAYING ON ARMS, LEGS, CHEST, BACK & NECK.
