OAWM 60 Day Challenge Update

1 month (plus a week) down! 1 month to go!

So in case you missed the original post for my 60 Day Challenge, you can find it HERE.

I'm on a SUPER easy, small-scale plan to get myself to a place of more energy, less pain and sluggishness, and a general feeling of wellbeing.... The hope with all of that, is that I'll also drop some pounds and inches.... I've committed to 60 days of taking Grapefruit essential oil from Young Living at least once a day, and engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day. So far so GREAT!

For the last 4 weeks, I've had some serious fun with my work outs!

My daughter Nev, does most of my workouts with me, which has been so fun. I can see HER own moves, rhythm and endurance getting better, stronger, and her flexibility improving. For me, I'm able to do as many as 8 Fitness Marshall videos one after the other now, where in the beginning I stopped or took a break after only 2-3. I've also worked on targeted workouts for specific areas, mainly stomach and legs with.... you guessed it.... Youtube trainers! My energy after taking Grapefruit oil is noticeably increased & I'm loosing fat around my waist. My full 1 month results are below.

Pants & tops fitting more loosely

 

There are definitely days I've forgotten my oils or I've chosen foods pretty poorly, more than once in a week even, (so it definitely can't be considered a cheat meal). I'm human and just am not going to get it right all the time, I definitely could've made some better choices for improved results there. There have also been some days where dedicated physical activity just wasn't an option. So if that's you too, give yourself some grace. The true goal of this challenge for me, was to create lasting change through new habits and I'm definitely on the right track there. I look forward to workouts and enjoy the burn now. I like the soreness after a really intense one. I see changes both mental and physical starting to happen and I'm so excited to see where I'm going to be at in another 30 days!

If you're on this challenge with me, don't feel pressured to photo document. I chose not to for this round, but will go for it in the future, since I plan to do this challenge again.
